Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Adverizeo, USA for using adverizeo.com and the Adverizeo app (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to them.

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business or professional purposes.

• Give accurate details, verify your email, and keep your password private.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.
• On the Agency plan, you’re responsible for the teammates you invite and the roles you give them.

• Plans, prices and what each includes are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. The yearly discount applies to the first year only; each later year renews at the full yearly price (12 times the monthly price) shown on our Pricing page.
• Credits pay for generation. They belong to your account (teammates use their own), are reset to your plan’s monthly amount every month (on yearly plans too) and when you upgrade, and don’t roll over.
• If a generation fails — the AI returns no usable result, an image can’t be made, or our compliance check can’t run on the draft (we then mark it unchecked) — we don’t charge for it: its credits come back automatically. We don’t return credits for results that worked but that you’d like to be different; you can edit them or generate again.
• We may change prices. We’ll tell you before a change applies to your subscription.
• Free trials offered through early access give the stated plan for the stated time, without a card and without an automatic charge. When a trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan and keeps its content.

• Moving between paid plans takes effect right away, and Stripe adjusts the charge for the rest of the period.
• Cancel under Billing & Subscription → Manage Subscription. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
• Asking to delete your account cancels any paid subscription immediately, without a refund for the remaining period. If you then cancel the deletion, your account continues on the Free plan.

You keep ownership of what you put into Adverizeo. Whatever rights we hold in the drafts we generate for you, we give to you.

AI output can resemble content produced for others, and in some countries it may not be protected by copyright. Review every draft before you use it.

You allow us to host, process and display your content only to run the Service for you. We don’t use your content to train AI models. If you opt in, we may combine statistics across accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.

Compliance scores, flags and suggestions are automated guidance, not legal advice. You remain responsible for making sure your ads follow the law and each platform’s policies.

When you connect an ad or social account, you authorize us to read its performance data and to act on your instructions: publishing the posts you create or schedule and, for Google Ads, creating campaigns (paused, with the budget you set) and pausing or resuming them. We never change campaigns, bids or budgets on our own. Each platform’s own terms also apply, and its availability depends on that platform.

Don’t use Adverizeo to:

• create unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing ads;
• send spam or advertise without the consent the law requires;
• put special categories of personal data (such as health data) into briefs without a lawful basis;
• break, probe or overload the Service, get around limits, or access other people’s accounts;
• resell or share accounts outside your plan.

Our Privacy Policy covers data about you. Our Data Processing Agreement covers personal data your business puts into Adverizeo, and our processors are listed on the Subprocessors page.

We work to keep Adverizeo available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service or a set uptime. Features may change over time.

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk or isn’t paid. Where we reasonably can, we’ll warn you first.
• You can end the agreement at any time by deleting your account under Account & GDPR. Deletion runs 30 days after the request, and you can cancel it during that time. If you own a team or workspace, transfer it first.
• When the agreement ends, your access stops, and we delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that generated content is accurate, legally compliant or suitable for your purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, data or business. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or rights you have as a consumer.

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your ads or your breach of these Terms or of data protection law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.

The governing law and courts will be stated here once the company is registered.

If a dispute comes up, contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it with you. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country you live in and can go to its courts.

We’ll tell you by email or in the app before a material change takes effect. If you keep using Adverizeo after that, the new Terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.
