Create your account
Sign up with your email, confirm it, then answer three short setup steps.
WhereSign up page
- 1Go to Sign up and enter your email and a password. Passwords need 8 to 128 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Passwords found in known data breaches are refused.
- 2Open the verification email and click the link. You can only log in after your email is verified.
- 3Log in. Setup asks about your business (name, industry, audience, and the market and language to write in), your marketing goals, and your name and role. The goals step can be skipped, and your answers are saved after each step.
- 4When setup is done you land on Generate Ads, ready for your first draft.
You can change your business details, including your market, later under Account & GDPR → Business Profile.

Generate ads and posts
Pick a mode, write a brief and choose channels.
WhereDashboard → Generate Ads
| Mode | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Quick Generate | One draft, fast: pick where it goes, the content type, language and channel. |
| Instant Ads | Starting from a web page: paste the URL and it fills in a brief for you to review. |
| Platform Specific | Writing for one channel, with that channel’s options. |
| Custom | Full control over the brief. |
| Multi-Pass Pro | Four passes on one ad: draft, fix what the check found, platform fit, language polish. Each pass is scored; one that scores lower is not used. Costs 3× the channel’s credits. |
| Batch Create | One brief for several channels at once, 1 to 5 variants per channel, up to 50 drafts per batch. |
| Google Ads Pro | One complete Google responsive search ad: 15 headlines, 4 descriptions and a display path, each within Google's limits. 3 credits. |
Content is written to each channel’s own limits across 25 channels, from Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to EU messengers such as Threema and Matrix.
On any draft you can ask for an edit in chat (1 credit) or repurpose it for another channel (that channel’s credits).
How credits are counted
Each draft costs 1 or 2 credits, depending on the channel.
| Credits | Channels |
|---|---|
| 1 | Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Email, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, XING, Viadeo, WhatsApp Business EU, Telegram Business EU, VK Business, Viber Business, Mastodon EU, Matrix Element, Threema Business |
| 2 | YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads |
- Variants and channels add up: 3 variants for 2 one-credit channels cost 6 credits.
- Paid plans take 20% off any single job that costs 5 credits or more (rounded down).
- A Product Studio photo is 2 credits.
- Fixed prices: Google Ads Pro (one full search ad) is 3 credits, Multi-Pass Pro is 3 times the channel price, an Image Ad Pack is 5 credits.
Your balance is shown in the dashboard.
Plan content ahead
Growth Plan builds a 3 to 31 day calendar; Campaign Pipeline turns one goal into a full multi-channel set.
WhereDashboard → Growth Plan · Campaign Pipeline
Growth Plan. Set a start date, 3 to 31 days, up to 6 channels, a posting rhythm and a goal, plus an optional brand voice, persona and offer. You get a proposed calendar to review (3 to 10 credits, by length; less on paid plans). Approve it to generate every item, each charged at its channel’s rate. Agency teams can send it for approval first. Plans can be saved and reused as templates.
Campaign Pipeline. Enter a goal or a URL and pick 1 to 6 channels, plus optional post formats (post, carousel, reel idea, story, poll). You get one ad per channel and one social post per format. An item that scores under 70 or has flagged issues is automatically rewritten once.
Use templates
Start from an industry template or one you saved yourself.
WhereDashboard → Templates
- Browse the template library by industry. Use Template opens Generate Ads with the brief filled in.
- Mark favorites to find them again. Premium templates need a paid plan.
- Save any draft you like as your own template from the result card, then reuse or delete it from your saved list.
Set up your brand
Brand details the AI uses when it writes your drafts.
WhereDashboard → My Brand
| Tab | What it does | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Voices | Tone, personality, 1–10 sliders for formality, enthusiasm and trust, preferred and banned words, sample snippets, emoji and CTA style. Paste a paragraph to get a suggested voice. | Every plan |
| Buyer Personas | Who you write for, picked per draft. | Every plan |
| Brand Kit | Your logo, brand colors and font. | Every plan |
| Products & Offers | Products you can attach to a brief, added by hand or by CSV import. | Every plan |
| Visual Assets | Your product photos, and the way into Product Studio: up to 4 ad-ready photos from one photo you upload. | Starter and up |
| Brand Knowledge | Documents the AI reads before writing. 4 credits per document. | Starter and up |
| Competitors | A list of the competitors you track, added by hand or by CSV import. Check a competitor's ad: paste the text or add a screenshot; see what it promises, what may break the rules, and honest ways to answer it. Starter 5 a month, Professional and Agency unlimited. Each check uses credits, shown before you run it; a check that fails gives them back. Competitors' ads are not fetched for you. | List: every plan. Ad check: Starter and up |
Mark one voice as your default and it is used whenever you do not pick another. Running several separate brands from one account is part of the Agency plan.
Languages and markets
Content is written in 23 languages; your market sets which one.
Adverizeo writes in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Slovak, Slovenian, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian: 22 of the 24 official EU languages plus Norwegian.
Each draft is written in that language from the start, not translated afterward. If you pick a multi-country market such as “Other European Country”, you choose the language yourself.
Compliance score
Every draft gets a 0–100 score with issues and suggested fixes before you use it.
WhereOn every draft · Ads → Compliance reports
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Compliant | No blocking issues. Suggestions may still be shown. |
| Warning | Review the flagged issues before you use it. Any score under 70 is at least a warning. |
| Critical | A serious issue was found. Publishing is blocked until it is fixed or overridden; see what to do. |
- AI Deep Review (1 credit) gives a second, more detailed read when a draft scores under 95. It explains issues but never changes the score.
- Country-specific rules exist for Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland; other markets get the EU-wide checks.
- If the check itself fails to run, the draft is kept and marked unchecked and its credits are refunded. Regular drafts also get one free regeneration; chat edits are refunded only.
- Compliance Reports shows, for your last 100 scored drafts, the average score, the share without blocking issues, results per platform and a 7-day trend.
The score is guidance to catch common problems, not legal advice. Want to try it without an account? Use the free GDPR ad checker.
Export your content
Download drafts as a file for your ad manager.
WhereDashboard → Exports
- 1Open Exports and select the drafts or campaigns you want.
- 2Pick a format: CSV, Excel, JSON or text. Every plan includes all four.
- 3Paste the copy into your ad manager or upload the file. Files are general-purpose, not an ad platform’s bulk-import template.
Publishing
Publishing straight to your accounts is not available yet.
Adverizeo does not post to your ad or social accounts yet. Copy each draft into its platform, or download your drafts from Exports as CSV, Excel, JSON or text.
Teams, roles and approvals
Invite teammates, give each a role, and review drafts together.
WhereDashboard → Team
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including approving drafts and transferring ownership. |
| Admin | Manages members and roles, and approves drafts. |
| Editor | Writes, edits and comments on shared drafts. |
| Reviewer | Views and comments on shared drafts. New invites start here. |
| Viewer | Read-only access. |
- Invitations expire after 7 days and can be resent or revoked.
- Workspaces hold shared drafts with comments and an approval status: Draft, In review, Approved or Changes requested. Approval is optional; nothing stops an export.
- There is no seat limit. Each member uses their own credits; there is no shared team balance.
Client reports
AI-written reports on a client’s results.
WhereDashboard → Clients
Each report has a summary of the period, a question panel for asking about the numbers, and a PDF download styled in your active brand’s color. There is no client login or share link; you send the PDF yourself.
Plans and billing
Change plan, cancel or download invoices from one page.
WhereDashboard → Billing & Subscription
| Plan | Price | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 10 |
| Starter | $29 / month | 100 |
| Professional | $99 / month | 1,000 |
| Agency | $249 / month | 3,000 |
- Yearly billing is 30% cheaper than paying monthly in the first year; after that it renews at the full yearly price. Credits arrive every month on both. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
- Unused credits do not roll over, and extra credit packs are not sold; upgrade for more credits.
- Upgrade, change card or cancel: Billing → Manage Subscription. If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
- Invoices are listed on the Billing page with download links.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds follow our Terms of Service.
Account, privacy and your data
Change your email or password, download your data, or delete your account.
WhereDashboard → Account & GDPR
- Email: enter your password, then confirm a 6-digit code sent to your current address and another sent to the new one. Codes last 10 minutes.
- Password: enter your current password and a new one that meets the same length and character rules as signup. Forgot it? Use password reset.
- Sessions and emails: see where you are logged in, and opt in or out of marketing emails.
- Download my data: a JSON file with your profile, campaigns and content, brand voices, personas, templates, support tickets, team activity and usage history. Passwords and platform tokens are never included.
- Delete account: confirm with your password. Deletion happens after a 30-day grace period you can cancel, and any paid subscription is canceled right away. If you own a team or workspace, transfer ownership first.
