This page is for people who use Adverizeo or visit our website: what we collect about you, why, the legal basis, how long we keep it, and how to use your rights. If your business puts other people’s data into Adverizeo, our Data Processing Agreement covers that.

In your account
- Access and portability
Download your profile, campaigns, generated content and brand settings as one JSON file.
- Rectification
Edit your name and phone number, and change your email address (confirmed with codes sent to both addresses).
- Erasure
Request deletion. Your account is permanently deleted after 30 days, and you can cancel until then.
Through us
- Restriction
Ask us to pause processing while something is checked or disputed.
- Objection
Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, such as security logging.
- Anything else
A copy in another format, or a question about how we use your data.
Requests through us: acknowledged within 1 business day, answered within 30 days.
Privacy questions.
Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?
No. We don’t sell personal data, share it with advertisers or use it to target ads. Ad platforms such as Google Ads or Meta receive data only when you connect them and choose to send it.
Is my content used to train AI models?
Adverizeo doesn’t train AI models on your content. Requests go to OpenAI and Anthropic through their business APIs, which don’t use API data to train their models by default.
What is left after I delete my account?
Once deletion completes, your account, content, generated work, uploaded files and sign-in records are removed from our database and file storage, and from our database backups within 90 days. Anything the table above gives its own period, such as Stripe’s payment records or messages you sent us, follows that period. If you own a team or workspace, transfer it or ask us to remove it first; until then the deletion request can’t go ahead.
Where can I complain about how my data is handled?
You can complain to the data protection authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first through the contact form.
